So here’s the deal…

I use affiliate links as part of the monetisation strategy for this site. I’d write this blog for free, but hey…a girl’s gotta pay the bills.

Affiliate links and advertisements are one way that this blog makes money, and I try to use these two methods in a way that’s not totally obnoxious to you.

If you’ve been reading my blog for any length of time, you know that I’m not about bullshit. I don’t recommend shitty products no matter how amazing their affiliate program is.

What I do recommend, however, are amazing products, tools, and services, that I actually really like.

And while you already know that I wouldn’t recommend something awful to you, the Federal Trade Commission doesn’t know that you know that, so to keep them happy, I have to write this little disclaimer.

Throughout this site, there are affiliate links and advertisements. Sometimes they’re stupid obvious and have an advertisement image attached to them, and sometimes they’re contextual links inside a blog post. 

Affiliate links in blog posts are denoted with an asterisk * at the end.
